• Maintained Research Electronic Data Capture, REDCap, with 600 projects and 10,000 active users worldwide.
• Developed the migration protocol to move production and testing REDCap instances to the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Led cross-functional teams to install, configure and test IIS, PHP, MySQL Server, SAMS (Secure Access Management Services), and REDCap in Azure.
• Increased application security by implementing web based application industry standards.
• Created a Microsoft Power BI script that monitors emails, alerts the administrator, and sends users an automated questionnaire about their authentication failure.
• Wrote an R script testing the API of eight instances of REDCap utilizing either SAMS or table based authentication, documented network issues, and user and platform generated errors including incorrect API keys. Analyzed the returned data for inconsistencies and created a detailed summary of results across the 8 instances.
• Created a detailed regression test planning covering the main user interactions and also edge cases issues.
• Consult with the Veterans Association as a product expert on REDCap, eCRFs, e-consent process, project design, application installation and FDA's 21 CFR Part 11.
• Used R code and the API to perform user management combing table based authentication and single sign on systems.
